This research project is a collaboration between University College London Cancer Research Institute and CSVPA (Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts) with input from Madlani Cancer support. The event was devised and brilliantly realised by Ed Dimsdale (Head of the Graduate School CSVPA).
I am honoured to have an installation of mixed media illustration on show as part of the research (unfortunately the exhibit is not open to the public). Below is my written statement and a selection of work I made. The plan is to exhibit this and more at a later date (although exhibiting work that doesn’t break one financially these days is proving harder and harder!) Doesn’t stop me trying!
It was a fantastic and thoroughly engaging process to make such a personal response and get to meet and talk to incredible people.
